Mindful Circle Meeting Script – In-Person – 28 Oct 2025

Before The Meeting, we encourage you to arrive early, choose an ice breaker question, and prepare a meditation for the day. Our community-led mindfulness group meets weekly to dedicate time for meditation, authentic connections, and personal growth. Each session includes silent meditation, a book summary, and a sharing section. We invite you to reflect on your week and share your experiences. Join us on Tuesday evenings at 7pm, and feel free to bring your co-founders, best friends, or favorite colleagues. Together, let’s create a space filled with compassion and joy.
