About MindfulCircles
MindfulCircles is a weekly space for mental resilience and inner growth.
We are ambitious, busy professionals, and many of us have had their fair share of success but also burnout, downtimes, and various challenges in life. Yet, in many moments, there was no space that can contain both the inner balance and the professional ambition. Therapists don’t really relate to the experiences we go through professionally. Colleagues and friends can hold only one side of the story. This space is for both sides.
A supportive community of like-minded professionals, creating a room where one can share the things that don’t belong at home, in the office, or at work. And a weekly mental resilience practice. We like to say it is a gym for your inner self. A place where you don’t need to navigate challenges of life and celebrate inner-wins alone anymore.
Welcome to our Sangha.
Sangha Commitment & Code-of-Conduct
Sangha is an ancient word. It means community, and more than that, it means the people who walk the path together. By being here today, you are part of ours.
Our circle is built on respect, trust, and openness. To help everyone feel safe and supported, we ask you to honor these simple commitments:
- Respect & Inclusion
Harassment or discrimination of any kind has no place here. If you ever feel uncomfortable or notice behavior that goes against kindness and respect, please speak up. Your voice matters. - Confidentiality
What’s shared in the circle stays in the circle. Please don’t repeat others’ stories outside this space, and respect each other’s privacy beyond the session. - Healthy Boundaries
After the meeting, feel free to connect one-on-one. Just remember: only offer advice if it’s clearly invited. Listening is often the most supportive gift.
Our intention is to create a space where everyone can feel safe, heard, and supported, so that we can grow together, both personally and professionally.
And our Sangha extends beyond this room. In the spaces we share, online, in events, in the moments we reach out to one another, we bring the same care and respect we hold here.
Thank you for being part of our community. 🌱
Mindful Sharing Guidelines
To help keep this space safe and meaningful for everyone, we ask that you follow these guidelines when sharing:
- Speak from your own experience. Use “I” statements and avoid speaking on behalf of others.
- Keep what is shared here confidential. Do not repeat another person’s story outside the circle.
- Avoid commenting or referencing other people’s shares
- If something resonates with you, you are welcome to speak with that person after the session, provided that connection is clearly welcomed.
- Be mindful when discussing trauma, self-harm, substance abuse, or other potentially distressing experiences
- Respect the time available. When you hear the bell, please begin bringing your share to a close.
- Sharing is always optional. You are welcome to pass at any time.
- Please respect the facilitator’s role in holding the space. If you are asked to pause, conclude, or redirect your share, we ask that you do so.
- Listen with attention, curiosity, and respect. None of us holds the ultimate truth, and each of us is walking a different path and season of life.
