We are a community-led mindfulness group. We meet here every week to dedicate an hour of our busy calendars for Meditation, authentic connections and personal growth. Feel free to join us anytime you find yourself free on a Tuesday evening at 7pm. Also your co-founders, best friends or favourite colleagues 😉 are welcome but please ask them to signup online before joining their first meeting.

Quick Intro Round
[Up to 5 min]
We start each meeting with a short introduction round.
Please share with us your name and if you like to what is the mission of the company you are working at? If you are working on a new idea or considering a career change, you can share that too.
Anti-Discrimination and Confidentiality commitment
[Up to 5 min]

Welcome Silent Meditation
[Up to 7 min]
- Silent meditation (how long)
- Short Meditation preamble about silence meditation
I will time 5 minutes, and I would kindly ask you to sit still and observe what feelings and thoughts might arise in you.
Meditation might bring powerful emotions. Please be gentle to yourself and accept whatever may arise within you. If you feel uncomfortable at any moment, you can try taking a deep breath, you can put your hand on your heart, you can shift or change your position or you can quietly leave the room and join us back after the meditation.
I will start the meditation with three rings of the bell and end it with three rings of the bell.
Book of the Week Summary Read
[Up to 10 min]
- Ask someone (or the group) to read the pre-prepared summary. Link here
- Ask one Ice-Breaker question to be answered in a round that relates to the topic of the book (e.g. What is spirituality for you?). The question should invite people to reflect internally in an intimate way. More Examples.
Weekly Reflection Questions:
[Up to 15 min]
I would like to ask now quick rating questions for us all as group reflecting on our past and upcoming week, where you can use your hand to indicate the answer.
- The first question, by showing the hand, on a scale from 1 to 5, how eventful for you was the last week?
- Second question, on a scale from 1 to 5, how satisfied you are with the way you handled last week?
- Anyone would like to share about their past week?
- Ok now in regards to the upcoming week, on a scale from 1 to 5, how eventful the week will be for you?
- Anyone would like to share about their upcoming week?
