- Prepare The Book of The Week: Check on whatsapp the book of the week survey results to prepare the book of the week post

- Send Invitations on Luma
- Go to https://lu.ma/calendar/manage/cal-kILxeEwQvc579sX
- Make sure you are logged in as MindfulCircles, password in the coordination spreadsheet
- Add new emails subscribers from Eventbrite to Luma
- Go to People section https://lu.ma/calendar/manage/cal-kILxeEwQvc579sX/audience
- And add the new emails, make sure to tag them correctly (Eventbrite tag) when adding the person
- Open the event, click on Manage the Event and go to Guests and invite all guests
- Add a personalised and mindful message to the invitation email. And make sure to tease them about the book of the week even if the survey is not final yet and also about the meditation
- Share on Linkedin and spread the word further
- As a host, it is in your responsibility to generate buzz about the upcoming session that you will be hosting
- You can create a linkedin post promoting the Book of the Week (e.g. using this image template) then post that same linkedin-post on the whatsapp group (to generate like effects on linkedin)
- You can send the luma invites directly to your network
- You can post the luma links to facebook groups, communities, reddit.. etc etc
Before The Meeting
- Arrive 15min earlier to prepare the room (tea, air it and candle)
- Prepare the table adding the donation jar and the singing bowl
- Decide if you are using a tablet, a smartphone or computer and set it up on the table (or print-out the materials)
- Decide on an ice breaker question that relates to the book of the week if possible (most of the times, while reading a question could be inspired/improvised)
- Choose the meditation of the day and have it ready
- Have a note ready to write down the books and tools that will be shared so that you can share them later in whatsapp group

We are a community-led mindfulness group. We meet here every week to dedicate an hour of our busy calendars for Meditation, authentic connections and personal growth. Feel free to join us anytime you find yourself free on a Tuesday evening at 7pm. Also your co-founders, best friends or favourite colleagues 😉 are welcome but please ask them to signup online before joining their first meeting.

I will time 5 minutes, and I would kindly ask you to sit still and observe what feelings and thoughts might arise in you.
Meditation might bring powerful emotions. Please be gentle to yourself, it is always ok to take care of yourself during the meditation. If you feel uncomfortable at any moment, you can try taking a deep breath, you can put your hand on your heart, you can shift or change your position or you can quietly leave the room and join us back after the meditation.
I will start the meditation with three rings of the bell and end it with three rings of the bell.
Book of the Week Summary Read

- Ask someone (or the group) to read the pre-prepared summary. Link here
- Ask one Ice-Breaker question to be answered in a round that relates to the topic of the book (e.g. What is spirituality for you?). The question should invite people to reflect internally in an intimate way. More Examples.
