As we gather in the spirit of mindfulness and growth, let’s embrace the values of wisdom, trust and compassion in our collective time together today.
Harassment in any form has no place in our gathering. If, at any point, you feel uncomfortable or witness behaviour that goes against the principles of kindness and respect, we encourage you to speak up. Your voice is valued, and your concerns will be treated with the utmost care.
And let us commit to honouring each other’s confidentiality and privacy. What is shared within this space should not be discussed with anyone outside of our group. We ask that you also carry this respect for confidentiality into your interactions with each other beyond today’s meeting.
After the meeting we invite you to connect with each other in 1-1 discussions. In order to maintain healthy collective boundaries between us all, please refrain from giving or asking for advice if it is not clearly welcomed.
May our interactions be infused with the four practices of the heart (brahmavihārā):
