Circle Circle Commitment & Code of Conduct

Welcome, and thank you for being here. Our circle is built on respect, trust, and openness. To help everyone feel safe and supported, we ask you to honor these simple commitments:

  1. Respect & Inclusion

Harassment or discrimination of any kind has no place here. If you ever feel uncomfortable or notice behavior that goes against kindness and respect, please speak up. Your voice matters.

  2. Confidentiality

What’s shared in the circle stays in the circle. Please don’t repeat others’ stories outside this space, and respect each other’s privacy beyond the session.

  3. Healthy Boundaries

After the meeting, feel free to connect one-on-one. Just remember: only offer advice if it’s clearly invited. Listening is often the most supportive gift.

Our intention is to create a space where everyone can feel safe, heard, and supported — so that we can grow together, both personally and professionally.

Thank you for being part of this community.
